S.a.n.b. spa is a public company created to manage and dispose of the waste of five Apulian cities with more than 200,000 inhabitants: Bitonto, Corato, Molfetta, Ruvo di Puglia and Terlizzi.
The environment is the main focus of the visual identity and the starting point is a stylised, iconic and easy-to-read petal. In nature, as many petals make up a flower, so the element was repeated and rotated 36° five times (as are the five cities involved) in order to take up the concepts of cyclicity and recycling and cover a semi-conference; in this way the petals are superimposed one on top of the other and united in a single shape
The name sanb has been inserted in a sans serif font to increase readability at large and small sizes. The lower case gives the image of the company a friendlier impression and closer to the territory and the population. In the 'b', the shape of two petals, reminiscent of a heart, has been taken up and amalgamates the lettering with the symbol.
The five elements were coloured with a colour palette reminiscent of the colours of nature and in particular sky, sea, trees, meadows and sun. The logo with this colour palette gives the image of the s.p.a. a broader and more modern scope and covers the different areas of environmental services that sanb will be dealing with.
